Creating an immersive experience to let Paramount+ content shine.

The Banff World Media Festival is an international media event held in the Canadian Rockies at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta, Canada. The festival is dedicated to world television and digital content, and draws thousands of media experts and influencers every year. It also draws premier sponsorships from top streaming vehicles, including Paramount+.

Rain was tapped by Paramount+ to help drive their sponsorship concept. Though they have sponsored other events throughout the year, including the Stagecoach Music Festival, they wanted to ensure this felt unique to this particular opportunity — most notably, really allowing their content offering to be the hero.

A sponsored experience uniting the epic landscape with the Paramount+ offering.

The sponsorship event took place at a sizeable restaurant nestled in the mountains, allowing us the opportunity to really lean into the setting. This led to the development of a comprehensive Paramount+ Lodge experience, paying homage to the streamer’s famed Yellowstone universe.

The event drew nearly 1,000 guests who enjoyed wonderful food, a picturesque setting, and were surrounded by the best of Paramount+’s extensive content offering.
